Violations: Observed nonfood-contact surfaces constructed of unapproved materials. Unfinished plywood shelf where rice holding units are stored. Please either paint, or polyurethane the shelf to allow for cleaning. Nonfood-contact surfaces of equipment that are exposed to splash, spillage, or other food soiling or that require frequent cleaning shall be smooth and durable.
Comments: Facility set up as per plans. No menu or equipment changes. OK to open and operate for the season. License provided to the operator at the time of inspection.
