Date of inspection: June 26
Violations/comments: Adjacent to the beverage cooler, a household chest freezer was observed holding food items. At the time of inspection, the PIC stated a walk-in freezer and cooler are going to be installed. Once the walk-in freezer is installed, remove the household chest freezer. In the food prep and storage area, the floors under pieces of equipment were observed with dirt and dust debris build-up.
