Violations: Have single light in the walk in refrigerator that is partially blocked when food is stored on the shelving. Ensure proper illumination throughout the walk in refrigerator.
Spray bottle of liquid in back storage area near the mop sink is not labeled for contents. Label spray bottle so contents are known and used properly to prevent possible contamination.
Comments: Other violations from 05/22/2017 have been corrected.
Sushi rice at 145F during the inspection.
