Violations: Found stir straws on floor of the office.
Found the following items in need of repair: few spots around facility where paint is chipped on walls/floor, hole in ceiling above exit sign, and light bulb burnt out in kitchen.
Found dust/debris in the following areas: pipes under hand sink, dusty pipes around ceiling in kitchen, and mop sink.
Found mop stored in mop sink. Hang to air dry and harborage of pests.
Found shredded cheese in reachin without date marking. Corrected.
Found a non-commercial kitchen aid mixer in back storage area.
Found no level 2 food handler certification available during inspection. Provided handouts to PIC.
Found no bodily fluid clean up kit or clean up procedures available during inspection. Be sure that all staff can locate procedures and items for clean up. Provided handout to PIC.
