Violations/comments: Repeat observation: Observed Pepsi cooler in kitchen area off of hallway that is being used to store food items, this equipment is not approved by a recognized testing agency. Repeat observation: white residential chest freezer being used, equipment is not approved by a recognized testing agency. Observed food being stored in walk-in beer/beverage cooler that is not approved by a recognized testing agency for the storage of food items. Repeat observation: hood system in kitchen has built-up grease and dust. Other issues from previous inspection (Oct. 4, 2016) have been resolved. Back storage room has been cleaned and organized.
