Violations/comments: The Good Humor ice cream freezer was observed with duct tape around the handles. On the handwashing sink adjacent to the microwave, the fixture was leaking water. The window on the east side of the concession stand (outside of building) was in disrepair. Ensure the ice cream scoops for the ice machines are not being stored directly on top of the ice machine (store on trays).
