Violations/comments: Refrigerated, ready to eat TCS foods held refrigerated for more than 24 hours were not properly date marked. Observed no date marking on the sausage or hot dogs. Equipment and/or components are not maintained in good working order. Observed a back up of ice in one door freezer. Repair.
