Violations: Meat room floor has peeling paint. Meat storage room floor in poor repair. The physical facilities shall be maintained in good repair.
Comments: One noncritical area noted. Plumbing in produce area should be used to prevent cross contamination. Also one individual must be certified with Level II food safety by 3-1-17.
