“She’s very compassionate,” the elder Saum, a retired Dayton Daily News copy editor said. “She will make a good mother.”
Saum said she was sworn to secrecy until the couple publicly announced the news of their first babies yesterday.
She said her daughter was in town for Thanksgiving.
“She is really happy,” Saum said.
The twins will be Saum’s forth and fifth grandchildren.
Sherri Saum, a Fairmont High School graduate, is the lead actress in the ABC Family hit drama “The Fosters.”
The family drama is about a lesbian couple and their children.
The 39-year-old and de los Reyes split their time between Los Angeles and New York, according to US Weekly
