Girls night? See ‘One Funny Mother’ at Victoria Theatre

Looking for a girls’ night out or date night option this weekend? Comedian Dena Blizzard, a married mother of three and former Miss New Jersey, brings her one-woman comedy “One Funny Mother” to the Victoria Theatre Friday, March 22, at 8 p.m. courtesy of the Victoria Theatre Association’s Star Attractions.

Blizzard has become a viral video sensation, creating “Back to School Rant” (125 million views), “Chardonnay Go” (24 million views) and “Chardonnay Go, The Board Game for Wine Lovers, Moms, and Other Shameless People.”  

“One Funny Mother,” a one-act seen off-Broadway in 2016, centers on her trials and tribulations as a wife and mother, particularly wrestling with the question, “Have I gone crazy since having these kids?”

Tickets are $25-$35 and can be purchased by calling Ticket Center Stage at (937) 228-3630 or visiting ticketcenterstage.com. Patrons are advised the show contains adult language. Blizzard can also be found on her weekly Facebook Live show, “Tipsy Tuesday,” at 9 p.m. EST.
