From 4-10 p.m., The Bison and The Boar will be hosting a special New Year’s Eve dinner that will feature restaurant favorites like the surf and turf, truffles, hand-cut meats and much more. Live music will be supplied by Roberts & Ward, a duo that performs acoustic renditions of bluegrass and country favorites, as well as originals. They will be performing from 7-10 p.m.
"We're playing around with a decadent and extravagant New Year’s prix fixe, that will include surf and turf, truffles, and other high end items,” said Don Warfe, Executive Chef at The Bison and The Boar.

The menu includes:
• First course: Choice of soup or salad served with house-made rosemary sage focaccia
• Second course: Surf and Turf (6 ounce filet mignon with 6 ounce lobster tail served with bearnaise, cheddar jalapeno au gratin and vegetable medley OR Pork Tenderloin Roulade (pork tenderloin, cornmeal breaded and stuffed with black-eyed peas, swiss chards, red grapes and feta with a cider sage cream sauce.
• Third course: Assorted chocolate truffles
"Finish 2019 in style with hand cut meats and seafood, in addition to our regularly available scratch made menu,” said Warfe.
