Sales occur twice a year -- once in spring and once in fall, Bramlage said.
There will be vintage, mid-century and modern furniture, she said. Items range from chairs, sofas, dressers, tables and office furniture to more than 6,000 vinyl albums for $1 each.
“We have a lot of gently used nice items,” Bramlage said. “We want to make sure the public knows about this really big sale.”
There will be popcorn and raffle prizes.
Funds will be donated towards individuals with disabilities within the Miami Valley community.
