The Flyers won all three games without Cooke in the lineup, beating VMI 92-56, St. Bonaventure 90-74 and Rhode Island 67-64.
In other injury news, Josh Cunningham had the boot taken off his surgically-repaired ankle. That was the next step in his rehab process. He tore a ligament in his ankle in the second game of the season at Alabama and will be out at least three months, if not the whole season.
The Flyers (12-3, 3-0) are tied for first in the Atlantic 10 with VCU (13-3, 3-0) and Richmond (9-6, 3-0). UMass (10-6, 0-3) is tied for last with Fordham (6-10, 0-3) and Saint Louis (4-11, 0-3).
