"Opening this studio is proof that you can never dream too big," said Erica Lugo, founder of Fit Love Studio. "I've lost 150 lbs — went from working a desk job and now I'm a nationally recognized trainer who opened her dream location helping hundreds of women become better and healthier versions of themselves. Never dream too big!"
Lugo has worked as an in-studio personal trainer out of her garage gym in Centerville for the past two years. Her classes are so popular that the newly branded, “Fit Love Studio,”, has already sold out of personal training spots for 2019. The new store front’s grand opening is happening from 3 p.m. to 6 p.m. on Saturday, Jan. 5.
Since beginning her lifestyle journey, Lugo has climbed the ranks in the fitness guru world fast, even landing in a finalist spot for Women's Health Magazine's 2016 "The Next Fitness Star" award.
"Unfortunately, it's becoming natural for us to want to exercise because we don't like something about ourselves, but I've found the best-kept secret in the fitness industry: you've got to get fit because you love yourself, not because you hate yourself. When I discovered this, I began my own journey and lost 120 lbs that very same year," according a post on Fit Love's website.

During the grand opening, attendees can get to know Fit Love Studio’s fitness trainers, including Lugo, and check out the new space while enjoying catered food from Whole Foods and music provided by a DJ. Fit Love’s partners and nutrition vendors will also be on site.
Those who stop by can enter their names in a drawing for a free six-month membership to the studio.
