Carvers, Jay’s open for lunch in December

Two restaurants that normally serve dinner only — Carvers Steaks and Chops, 1535 Miamisburg-Centerville Road in Washington Twp., and Jay’s Restaurant, 225 E. Sixth St. in Dayton’s Oregon Historic District — will be open for lunch during the month of December, starting Dec. 1. Both restaurants will offer appetizers, soups, sandwiches, and meat/seafood entrees.

The lunch hours for both restaurants are 11:30 a.m. to 2 p.m. Carvers will serve lunch through Dec. 31; Jay’s will serve through Dec. 23.
