She was pronounced dead Tuesday at Miami Valley Hospital following the crash that happened around 9:15 a.m. Tuesday on state Route 49 near Wolf Creek Pike, Harshbarger said.
Her cause and manner of death have not yet been determined.
The crash remains under investigation.
