A record high temperature of 74 was set at Dayton Ohio Thursday March 17. This breaks the old record of 73 set in 1934 and 2012.

The former record of 73 degrees was set in 1934 and tied in 2012.
Slightly lower — but still warm — temperatures are predicted for Dayton the next few days. Highs today are expected to reach the upper 60s to low 70s, and will linger in the 60s for most of the weekend, according to NWS.
With March 18′s record high of 78 degrees reported in 2012, it is unlikely Dayton will set another record Friday.
