In a social media post, police showed photos from surveillance cameras of a person with a neck tattoo and wearing a Captain America shirt.
KPD is trying to identify this theft suspect. Take a good look at the neck tattoo and vehicle. If you have any information on this crime please call us at 937-296-2555 and ask for Off. Engles.

Police also included a photo of an SUV that they said would help identify the suspect.
