On Feb. 15, Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office Special Investigations Unit was called to the 3000 block of Michigan Avenue for concerns a 3-year-old was being sexually abused, according to the sheriff’s office.
The child was taken to Dayton Children’s Hospital, according to court records.
Detectives received a search warrant for Houck’s digital devices.
Investigators reportedly found at least two videos of “self-produced pornographic material” involving Houck and the child, according to an affidavit.
Houck was arrested Feb. 15 and remained in the Montgomery County Jail as of Thursday afternoon. His bond was set at $250,000 on Wednesday.
