Airtran Announces Direct Flights To Las Vegas

Starting Thursday, people can take a direct flight from Dayton to Las Vegas.

Airtran Airways is flying nonstop from Dayton International Airport to Las Vegas. The first flight left just before noon, and the airline said all of the seats were filled.

Flights for Las Vegas leave on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday with return flights on Monday, Wednesday and Friday.

Airtran also offers direct flights to Orlando.
