Police found heroin, cocaine and pills during a search of a vehicle driven by Spencer, according to the report. Prior to the traffic stop the vehicle was used in a suspected drug buy at an apartment in the area of Shadowlawn Avenue and Patterson Road, according to the report.
Haywood and Rodeback were being held Friday in Montgomery County Jail and were scheduled to appear Friday afternoon in Dayton Municipal Court.
