Ferguson’s boyfriend, Quinten Sensabaugh, 30, faces the same three charges. His bond was also set at $17,500.
The name of the business that police said Ferguson operates is A Little Piece Of Heaven.
Tipp City police, with the help of Dayton police and the Miami County Sheriff’s Office, raided the couple’s home at 200 Elas Court in Tipp City, where police believe Ferguson had her office set up.
While Ferguson and Sensabaugh were being arraigned, Tipp City police were going over evidence that was seized during the raid.
Police said they believe the Ferguson has been operating the business since 2005.
