Investigators said Morrow was killed instantly upon impact.
Karen Monroe, 29, of Urbana, was driving the Dodge Durango that was struck and told authorities it appeared Morrow lost control coming around a curve.
Monroe was taken to a local hospital for observation. The state highway patrol is investigating the accident.
