Investigators said Klipstine tried to solicit sex from a woman who was trying to bond someone else out of jail. The next day, Klipstine found himself behind bars.
He is now free on a $20,000 bond.

Jeff Klipstine, 60, pleaded not guilty Wednesday in Shelby County Commons Pleas Court to one count of gross sexual imposition and one count of prostitution.
