Responding deputies attempted to talk with Daniel after arriving to the scene and Daniel refused to comply with deputy orders. Daniel charged at a deputy and the officer used his Taser on him.
Daniel is expected back in Champaign County Municipal Court July 24, according to court records.
Daniel was the winner of the 2004 edition, and fifth season of the hit CBS show “Big Brother”, which premieres its 14th season at 9/8c July 12 on WHIO-TV.
