Call center staff includes licensed nurses and infectious disease experts who can offer information about the coronavirus, the risk to the public, and the state’s response, the Ohio Department of Health said.

The center will be open seven days a week from 9 a.m. to 8 p.m. by calling 1-833-4-ASK-ODH or 1-833-427-5634.

The Ohio Department of Health continues to consider Ohio low risk, but they encourage citizens to take standard health precautions.
