Coronavirus: DP&L will not be disconnecting for nonpayment until further notice

Dayton Power and Light has made the decision to suspend disconnection for nonpayment until further notice or a minimum of 30 days.

“DP&L cares about the communities in our 24-county service territory and recognizes the impact and stress COVID-19 is causing in people’s daily lives,” they said in a release.

The company recommends that all customers do their best to maintain utility bill payments and explains customers will be responsible to pay all charges associated with usage during the period of suspension.
