Employee of key partner organization of Cincinnati Children’s tests positive for coronavirus

An employee of a key partner organization of Cincinnati Children’s has tested positive for the coronavirus, said Cincinnati Children’s in a release.

The hospital immediately initiated a contact investigation to determine which staff, patients and family members may be at risk after finding out about the diagnosis from Butler County General Health District, they said.

The employee is now in quarantine at their home and staff who have come into close contact with the employee are also quarantined in their homes.

“In order to protect the privacy of everyone involved, we will not be releasing any other information or answering questions about the employee,” said the hospital.
