Comments on the Facebook post suggested that dog had been ran over and then kicked.
Oswald has been charged into Miami County Municipal Court for one count of animal cruelty and one count of improper disposal of an animal. Miami County Animal Shelter will also file two additional counts of failure to license dogs. Neither of the Oswald’s two dogs had been licensed.
Miami County deputies worked alongside the Miami County Animal Shelter and were able to find the remains of the dog.
