A driver is in need of medical attention after crashing into a pole in a parking lot Sunday night, according to Montgomery County regional dispatch.

>> 1 taken to hospital, 2 cats die in Greenville house fire

No other vehicles appear to be involved in the incident near Smithville Road and Highridge Avenue.
