Meiah Tucker was driving a white Chevrolet Malibu bearing Michigan plates south on North Main Street about 10 p.m. Wednesday when she changed lanes without signaling. Officers pulled her over for the violation, according to a Dayton police incident report filed Thursday.

Tucker continued to drive slowly before turning right onto West Grand Avenue and accelerating quickly.
After officers informed dispatch the vehicle was fleeing, they noticed it had come to a stop.
As officers began to approach the vehicle, it started slowly backing toward them. Officers managed to remove three people from the vehicle, putting it in park inches before it hit the stopped police cruiser.
Police released the two other passengers in the car.
Officers saw suspected crack cocaine in the back seat of the cruiser after removing Tucker, and reviewed footage showing Tucker pull the substance from her pants.
Police booked her into the Montgomery County Jail on charges of aggravated drug possession, failure to comply with the order or signal of a police officer, and a warrant for aggravated drug possession through Montgomery County.
She was also cited for having no driver’s license and for several traffic infractions.
Bond has been set at $2,500 on the failure to comply charge.
The charge for aggravated drug possession was dropped, according to online jail records.
