The business is directly across from the police station.
Authorities said they confiscated Elliot's business computer.
Police said he took nude, sexually explicit pictures of minors.
Officer Tim Hunsaker, with the Miamisburg Police Department, said, " It is my understanding he took pictures of minors and other images on his computer doing sexually explicit things.. I don't know if he watched them, sold them (or) transmitted them. (I'm) not sure what he would do with them."
The case against Elliott has moved from Miamisburg Court to Montgomery County Courts because the charges are felony charges.
The step will be a grand jury hearing the case.
Elliott was formally charged a week ago with illegal use of a minor in nudity oriented material or performance and pandering sexually oriented material involving a minor.
Elliott had no comment on the charges.
Police believe there are three victims, however if you have information about other possible victims you are asked to call Miamisburg police.
