During a Saturday night sobriety checkpoint in Celina, other police units were assigned to the perimeter watching for motorists attempting to avoid the checkpoint.Celina police, state troopers and deputies made four drunken driving arrests as motorists tried to steer clear of the checkpoint.One of the four arrests was the same man arrested twice on suspicion of DUI within a two hour period. Police say he refused the breath test both times.Celina Police Chief David Slusser said Chandler L. Martin, 25, of Celina was first arrested at 12:15 a.m. Sunday. He was released to a friend. Chandler was later arrested again by another Celina officer while investigating a harassment complaint.Monday afternoon Chandler appeared in Celina Municipal Court and entered pleas of not guilty to both charges.
