They were arrested two weeks ago.
Tory police said they will present their case to the grand jury and see who, if anyone, will get indicted.

Two men arrested in a recent armed robbery at a quick loan business in Troy are out of jail.
According to the court, aggravated robbery charges have been dismissed against 33-year-old Reggie Block of Dayton, and against 19-year-old Cody Boyd of Troy.
