Cheddar’s operates 40 restaurants in Kentucky, Indiana, Tennessee, West Virginia, Virginia and North Carolina and Ohio, including locations in Northgate in Cincinnati, as well as locations near Findlay and Mansfield. The casual restaurant serves an American cuisine with dishes like “Key West Chicken & Shrimp” and “Fork Tender Baby Back Ribs.”
“We are really excited that Cheddar’s chose Cornerstone for their location in our area,” said Chris Conley, president of Oberer Realty Services. “It speaks to the regional draw of the development which continues to attract new and expanding retailers and restaurants to our site.”
Danielle Kuehnle of Oberer Realty Services represented the Cornerstone developer in the transaction, while Melissa Ruther of Jones Lang LaSalle represented Cheddar’s/Greer Companies, Oberer officials said.
