Officers believe their father, Everett Arnett Jr., abducted them.
Arnett allegedly took the girls after their mother, who lives in Georgia, was granted custody last week.
Sgt. Jeffrey Flores said there is no reason to believe the children are in danger and they are not issuing an Amber Alert at this time.
Officials with the Clark County Department of Job and Family Services arrived at 950 Avondale Ave. last week to take custody of the children, according to a police report.
Arnett reportedly ordered them off the property, and when they returned with police officers, Arnett had left and taken the children with him.
Both girls were last seen wearing pink shorts and pink shirts.
