Clark county moves to level 2 emergency

SPRINGFIELD, Ohio--The Clark County's Sheriff's Office has issued a Level 2 snow emergency for the entire county, effective at 7 p.m. Tuesday.
The news release says "Roadways are extremely hazardous with ice occurring on all roadways. Continuing sleet and freezing rain are further hindering driving capabilities. Special caution should be used on bridges and overpasses. Some lingering snowdrifts are present on secondary roadways.
"Only those persons who feel it is necessary to drive should be out on the roadways.
"Your employer should be contacted to see if you should report to work."
