According to the Ohio Department of Education, Parker voluntarily gave up his license. He resigned from his job in January.
Parker goes on trial next month.
A Clark County teacher who is accused of having a sexual relationship with a student has surrendered his teaching license to the state board.
Anthony Parker, 36, is awaiting trail on four counts of sexual battery. Parker taught social studies at Northeastern High School until his arrest in January.
