Deputies said Flesch allegedly traveled to Botkins to meet the girl. That is where he was arrested and charged with importuning.
He is being held in the Shelby County Jail.

Joshua Flesch, 23, from Rochester, N.Y. is a student at Ohio State University. According to investigators, he solicited sex from a Shelby County deputy who was posing as a 14-year-old girl online.
