Construction has started on a luxury apartment community located in Sugarcreek Twp.

Waterford at Sugarcreek, located at the intersection of Feedwire Road and Little Sugarcreek Road, will offer 231 units of upscale apartments, including personal garage spaces for more than half of the units.

The Miller-Valentine project is expected to be ready by May 2017. Rents will range between $1,080 to $1,590 a month.

The project will have luxury features like a saltwater pool, 6,0000-square-foot clubhouse, billiards lounge and café, and spa-inspired fitness facility with a yoga room, according to a release from Miller-Valentine.
