All sides of the unit were blown apart, apparently by some sort of explosive device. Burn marks were found on pieces around the area and pieces of maroon paper and duct tape were found all over the area, apparently from what had been used to assemble the explosive device.
Detectives and the Butler County Bomb Unit were called to investigate.
A neighbor from an adjacent street told police she heard a loud boom around 2 a.m. but did not see anything.
