A door also was damaged at Church on the Rock, and toys and candy were missing.
No suspects were listed in the report.
The church is at least the third house of worship to report vandalism in Dayton this year.
St. Anthony’s has made multiple reports of smashed windows since January and surveillance cameras captured a man breaking windows at Al-Rahman Mosque earlier this month.
It is not clear if there is any connection between the incidents.
