Dayton man faces sentencing for public indecency

A 44-year-old man is being sentenced today for indecent behavior at the Dorthy Lane Market, 2710 Far hills Avenue.

Joseph Jordan, of Dayton, pleaded guilty to public indecency on July 7. He was arrested in June by Oakwood police at Dorothy Lane Market. Investigators said Jordan was caught masturbating in the cafe area inside the store.

Court records show Jordan was convicted of public indecency in three previous cases: Feb. 5 in Kettering; January 2015 in Xenia; and December 2014 in Centerville.
