Manager charged with selling drugs at Drake Motel

Clark County Drug Task Force investigators have charged Douglas Haulman,62, with three counts drug trafficking at the Drake Motel where he works as a property manager, according to county court records.

Haulman was taken into custody on Wednesday after task force detectives raided the Drake Motel, located at 3200 East National Road in Springfield Twp., and seized prescription drugs, firearms and a large amount of U.S. currency.

A confidential informant purchased prescription narcotics from Haulman at least three times, according to court records.

Investigators found $3,500 cash in Haulman’s pocket during the raid.

Additional charges are pending a grand jury investigation.
