Anthony J. Sankis, 27, was indicted on illegal use of a minor in nudity-oriented material or performance, extortion, pandering sexual oriented material involving a minor (create material) and disseminating matter harmful to juveniles, according to Montgomery County Common Pleas Court records.
On May 20, the teen reported to police that someone was sending nude photographs of her to her friends and family on social media, according to a Kettering Municipal Court affidavit.

“The victim reported that on May 16 she started to text with a subject (later identified as Anthony J. Sankis) who offered to pay her money if she sent him nude photographs/videos of herself, which she did,” the affidavit read. “Sankis asked the victim for more nude photos/videos and when he was denied he shared her photos through Instagram, text messages and uploaded a nude video of the victim to [an adult website].”
Sankis was arrested on May 22. He reportedly admitted to offering to pay the teen for nude photos and videos, sending the videos and photos to others and uploading items to an adult website.

During a search of his cellphone, police found nude photos and videos of the victim, according to the affidavit.
Sankis appeared in court Tuesday for his arraignment. A plea of not guilty was entered on his behalf, according to common pleas court records. A judge set bond at $100,000.
