“If you call the cops, I’ll come back and kill you,” Kelly is accused of telling a woman after knocking on her door in the 700 block of Summer Street and asking to use the restroom.

The woman told police that he came out of her restroom with a large knife and then he started to choke her. He is accused of taking items from her home before leaving, police said.
