The Sprinboro man accused of causing the evacuation and closing of Springboro High School in April is scheduled to enter a plea in the case in October.
Andrew Stadler, 18, is charged with two counts of inducing panic, second- and fifth-degree felonies, as well as one count of making false alarms, a fifth-degree felony.
Stadler will remain free while awaiting the plea, set for 10:30 a.m. Oct. 11 in Warren County Common Pleas Court. Typically, a sentencing is scheduled at the plea hearing.
He is accused of making a bomb threat at Springboro High in the midst of a series of threats made at schools in Springboro, Lebanon and Waynesville that prompted a range of responses near the end of the school year.
