Investigators said a deputy attempted to make a traffic stop in the area of Rugby Road and Catalpa Drive for a moving violation. The vehicle sped off from the stop and later crashed into a fence in the 600 block of West Hillcrest Avenue.
Three people led from the vehicle and were not located.
Deputies said they did not initiate a pursuit when the vehicle fled from them.

A K9 officer is searching the area of West Hillcrest Avenue and Catalpa Drive after multiple people reportedly fled from a crash.
Initial reports indicate a vehicle failed to stop for a deputy who attempted to make a traffic stop and crashed into a fence in the 600 block of West Hillcrest Avenue.
Three people reportedly fled from the vehicle, according to scanner traffic from the scene.
