No injuries reported after shots fired at Trotwood nightclub

Officers were originally dispatched to Sheikh’s Restaurant and Lounge, 4183 Salem Avenue, around 1:30 a.m. after a caller reported people shooting in the nightclub, followed by several people dialing 911 and hanging up again, according to emergency dispatch records. 

Three minutes afterward, the caller said they didn’t hear any more gunfire. 

Based off evidence collected at the scene, there were less than 15 shots fired, according to police.

There is no known suspect(s) at this time.

Trotwood police are continuing to investigated the incident.
