“We need the cops at One Eyed Jack’s immediately as fast as you can. Gunshots,” the worker told dispatchers. “We’re hiding in the kitchen.”

The caller told police the suspect escaped the bar and didn’t actually shoot at anyone, but instead into the air, according to the call.
INITIAL REPORT:
Fairborn police are searching for a suspect after a series of shots were fired at a One Eyed Jacks Saturday morning.
Crews were dispatched to the bar around 1 a.m. on a report of a shooting, according to Fairborn Sgt. Ben Roman.
As officers arrived to the bar they witnessed multiple cars leaving the parking lot and found several gunshot casings inside, according to a police report.
Roman said police have yet to identify a suspect and witness interviews have not lead to any strong leads.
A cellphone video sent to this newsroom and Fairborn police reportedly shows the interior of the bar during the shooting. Roman said police continue to review the Snapchat video.
In the video, three shots can be heard before patrons begin frantically leaving the bar.
Roman said the video's origin and creator are unknown and police have not been able to gather information pertinent to the investigation from the footage.

No one was injured in the shooting, Roman said, and it is unknown how the incident will affect One Eyed Jacks' liquor license.
Roman said should a suspect be identified he or she could be charged with possession of a firearm in a liquor permit premise, a felony in the 5th degree, as well as inducing panic, and violating a city ordinance for discharging a firearm.

Fairborn police have no suspects as of now. Should a suspect be arrested, they could be charged with possession of a firearm in a liquor permit premise, a felony in the 5th degree, as well as inducing panic, and violating a city ordinance for discharging a firearm.Minor incidents have been reported at One Eyed Jacks in the past, including a report of fighting last week.
One Eyed Jacks is at 2638 Colonel Glenn Highway in Fairborn.
